Shipping Information

All orders received before 4pm Sydney time (AEST) on a business day will be shipped out the same day, otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note we are closed on weekends and Australia public holidays. That means if we received your order after 4pm on Friday, your order will be shipped out on next Monday. Please take care to fill out your name and address to prevent any postal delays.

Please note that above delivery times are only estimations. We do not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. We can never guarantee a delivery date.

You may need to sign for your parcels, if you are not at home to sign for it, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

If you have not received your package within 10 business days of placing the order, email with your Order Number and Name and we'll check it for you!

International Delivery Time

We use two shipping methods to delivery our International orders: DHL Express and DHL eCommerce, you will received a tracking number in both shipping methods after your parcel left our warehouse, the delivery costs and estimated delivery time to different counties are below:

Please note that there many factors can cause international delivery delays, such as custom clearance, public holidays, natural disaster. We can never guarantee a delivery date. 

Hers by Ray is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.

Taxes and Duties

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.


If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only. To satisfy the return requirements, the items must be: 

  • Unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Have all tags and package. 
  • Returned within 21 days of the customer receiving the order.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.

Please note  We do not responsible for the cost of return shipping. You will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

Processing return

It normally takes up to 7 business days to process your return after receiving, and we will do our best. 

Faculty Items

We do a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, contact us and attached the photos with the evidences of the fault, we will only refund after the faculty item is approved.
